These Marketing Sessions are specifically designed to provide beautiful images that help you connect with your clients & customers - supporting your business with branding that looks and sounds like YOU.
Small Business Marketing Sessions
How this works:
step 1:
Initial Video Call
We set up a time to meet virtually. Our goals are to discuss your photography priorities, talk through your branding and services, and create a timeline + shot list to make the most of your session.
step 2:
Preparation
There may be some elements you’ll need to prepare prior to our session such as securing models, product organization, and locations.
step 3:
Turnaround
Contractual turnaround time is 6-8 weeks to legally acommodate any emergencies that may arise. My typical turnaround is 1-2 weeks.
If you need an accelerated timeframe, please discuss this in our initial meeting as there may be an added fee.

All the best digital images are included in your final gallery in full color (+black and white copies if desired).
If you need images formatted to specific specs., I’m happy to adjust them for you anytime. (Please note - my office hours vary, and I am frequently out of internet service areas. There may be a delay in replies and turnaround.)
Raw files are not included in typical session fees. If you need raw files, we will discuss a custom price point for those and sign additional contracts for their use.

Mini Session - $375 + tax
If you only need headshots or are a current client updating a small number of images, this is a great way to knock out those smaller tasks and keep your visuals relevant.
Apx. 30 min. of photography services. Available for businesses with fewer than 2 employees in the Tacoma area.
Hour Session - $700 + tax
This option is great for those who already have a solid plan of the images they need or current clients updating their images.
Includes 1 hour of photography services.
Marketing Session -
$1750 + tax
This is the most comprehensive option and genuinely the best bang for your buck. If budget allows, this is the one I recommend, hands down.
Before we meet I do a deep dive on your web presence and jot down notes for areas I notice could use updates. We meet (virtually) 1-2 times prior to your session date to discuss your branding, what’s working/what’s not, make an in depth plan of action, and build a timeline and shot list together. We are able to accomplish SO much with this intense planning in advance, and you’ll have a solid gallery of images to pull from for a long time.
2 hours of photography services included. Additional hours at $700/hr.
